About Me

I began working in the fitness industry in my late teens and went on to spend many years delivering charity sports events for some of the UK’s leading charities, including Cancer Research UK, Macmillan and hospital trusts such as Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

In 2020, I returned to my true passion as an L3 Personal Trainer — helping individuals improve their health, strength and confidence on a daily basis.

I have a strong sporting background in rowing, boxing, marathons and triathlons, and for the past four years I’ve focused my training on CrossFit.

I’m passionate about continually challenging myself and developing as both a coach and an athlete, and I find nothing more rewarding than making a positive difference in other people’s lives.
