I believe fitness should feel welcoming, supportive and tailored to you.
I work with people of all abilities to help them move better, feel stronger and build confidence — all in a way that fits around everyday life.
As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I bring both expertise and enthusiasm to every session. My aim is to create a positive environment where you feel encouraged, capable and proud of what your body can do.
I offer a range of training options to suit everyone. From one-to-one sessions in my fully equipped home and garden gym space, to outdoor training in parks across SE London, to training in your own home — you can choose what feels right for you. I also run affordable group classes in Hilly Fields for people over 55, perfect if you enjoy training with others in a fun and friendly environment.
Outdoor exercise isn’t just about physical results — it can have a huge impact on your mental wellbeing too. Fresh air, movement and connection can lift your mood, reduce stress and build confidence. Research supports this, and my clients experience it first-hand every week.

What I offer
Personal Training
Whether you're new to fitness, working toward specific goals, or rebuilding strength after illness or injury, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
You can train with me in a local park, in your home, in my garden gym space, or as part of a group or one-to-one session.
I’ll create a personalised training plan built around your needs, and each session will be full of variety, motivating and—most importantly—enjoyable.

Sessions can be designed as:
One-to-one personal training service
2-person training session
Small group sessions for up to 4 people
Group Classes
Strength Classes for the over 55’s - Functional movements which benefit everyday life, using dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises.
Classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings outdoors at Hilly Fields.
10:15am - 11:15am
Meet at the café
Sessions are fun and for all abilities. No experience needed.
Come and join our growing community, feeling the benefits of exercising outside and seeing the difference strength training can make to your health and wellbeing.
Classes are laid back and welcoming.
